Kautilya connects clients with retired Indian government officials for paid consultations on governance, compliance, approvals, and policy. Advisors provide strategic and procedural guidance only — they do not directly approve files, applications, or transactions.
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law.
Each consultation is a separate engagement. Operations reviews every request before forwarding to an expert. The expert decides whether to accept; if accepted, a quote is agreed before any charge is made.
Payments are processed via Razorpay. Refund eligibility depends on the engagement stage (full refund before advisor acceptance; partial after, with details specified in the booking confirmation).
Consultations are confidential. Advisors and operations staff are bound by NDAs.
Kautilya provides a platform for connection and brief-building. Advisors give independent professional opinions; you are responsible for how you act on them.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad.
