Account details (name, email, phone), consultation request content, uploaded documents, payment metadata (we do not store card numbers — payments are processed by Razorpay), and basic usage telemetry.
To deliver consultations: matching you with the right advisor, building the brief, scheduling sessions, processing payments. Also for audit, fraud prevention, and platform improvements.
Consultation content is shared only with the engaged advisor and the Kautilya operations team who build the brief. We do not sell or rent personal data.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@kautilya.app.
Consultation records are retained for audit and compliance purposes. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
